Pixar loves retro and that is clearly evident in this throwback to James Bond-style 1960s era designs. Great stuff!
I just watched it today and I must say THIS is how they should have advertised it. This approached would have made people’s expectations much different, because honestly that’s what hurt Cars 2 in the end.
